The SmartCam Nova offers Ultra HD 4K resolution—four times more detail than standard Full HD—which translates to a clear and detailed image during meetings, training sessions, or recordings. By default, the camera operates at 1080p resolution, ensuring broad compatibility, but you can easily switch it to 4K mode using dedicated software or apps such as OBS or PotPlayer. Focus is handled by the PDAF autofocus system, which instantly adjusts the image to movement within the frame, ensuring it remains clear even when changing positions or presenting objects.
The camera supports Backlight Compensation (BLC), which can be activated in the EMEETLINK OS, allowing you to maintain a bright and clear image even in challenging lighting conditions, such as when working against the light.
