The MERACH MR-2465 is a training platform that allows you to engage your arms, waist, abs, legs, glutes, and core muscles during a single workout. The design, featuring two pedals and integrated resistance cables, enables you to perform a variety of exercises at home without the need for multiple pieces of equipment.
