Should I use a conditioner after the hair mask?

Let's find out what is the difference between masks and conditioners?

"Ingredients are used in the masks, they contain micro molecules that penetrate the deeper layers of the hair through the water-swollen cuticle. But the ingredients used in conditioners cannot penetrate so deeply and remain better only in the cuticle layer", says Edita Kavaliauskienė, creative director of KEUNE.

Can I use a conditioner after a hair mask?

"If the hair is really very damaged, it is useful to pamper it with double nutrition from time to time: use a rinse-off mask, followed by a rinse-off conditioner. Remember - this should not be a daily care routine, because too much material (especially proteins) can seriously weigh down the hair.

"After washing and feeding, it is recommended to use a leave-in hair conditioner to smooth the hair cuticle. It is important that its pH level should be lower than the pH of water", says Edita Kavaliauskienė, creative director of KEUNE.

Which leave-in conditioner to choose?

It is recommended to choose a conditioner with the lowest pH - KERATIN SMOOTH two-phase spray with keratin and VITAL NUTRITION spray with protein.
