Returns and warranty

All electrical appliances have valid warranties provided by the manufacturer and seller. In the event of a defect or embarrassment during the warranty period, the device can be replaced, repaired or refunded.

Goods sold throughout the EU are granted 24 months. warranty. In order to use it, the Buyer must submit a written request stating the reason (lack of goods), together with the document of purchase of the goods or the order number.

Goods bought online can be returned within 14 days without any reason from the day of delivery of the goods to the buyer.
When returning goods, we will ask you to comply with the following conditions:

  • the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
  • the product must be undamaged by the buyer;
  • the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (labels and protective film intact, etc.);
  • the returned product must be of the same composition as the one received by the buyer.

The product can be returned only if:

1. The product that was ordered was not received.

2. The product does not match the photos or description.

3. Damaged product.

4. The product has a defect.

After receiving your request, we will contact you within 1-3 working days and arrange the details of the product return.
After receiving the product and making sure that the product is unused, within 1 - 3 working days we will return the money to the account specified by you.
