Uppercut Deluxe

Inspired by the classic style of the 1950s, the Uppercut Deluxe brand produces balanced hair care and styling cosmetics exclusively for men. These are hair shampoos, conditioners, styling waxes, pomades, hair brushes and mustache and beard care products. Although Uppercut Deluxe takes a traditional approach to men's beauty and men's cosmetics, the products are manufactured using the most advanced technology using only the highest quality ingredients.

The Australian brand was founded by childhood friends Luke Newman and Steve Purcell, who shared a love of surfing, skiing and of course hair care. Together, they opened a barbershop for men, which had no analogues at the time, the success of which inspired the creation of men's hair cosmetics. The first product created was the ever-popular Uppercut Deluxe pomade, which took a year to develop. The Uppercut Deluxe brand name and packaging design honor the grandfather of one of the founders, who was an extremely famous and beloved Australian boxer.
