DJI Care Refresh Service Protection

DJI Care Refresh is the service protection for your device that provides you with two replacements for damaged equipment within a year for a small additional fee. It covers damages resulting from collisions or contact with water, among other factors. The damaged equipment will be replaced with a new or equivalent device. DJI Care Refresh can be activated once within 30 days of the device activation (first startup). You also have the option to extend the coverage by purchasing an additional annual plan (up to two times, for a total of up to 3 years). Moreover, the official manufacturer's warranty applies during the service's validity.

DJI Osmo Pocket

For DJI Osmo Pocket series devices, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 149 PLN, and the second is 199 PLN*

*In the case of direct reporting to the manufacturer, the replacement amount may vary depending on the current exchange rate.

How to Activate DJI Care Refresh

1. Activate the code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.

2. During the activation process, provide the Care Refresh code, device serial number (located directly on the product), and the activating person's details (name, email address).

3. DJI Care Refresh service will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. Confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation will be sent to you via email. Your equipment is now protected!

In Case of Accidents

1. The user reports a defect and sends the equipment to the German DJI service center, indicating the ownership of DJI Care Refresh.

2. The user receives an estimate for the repair and decides whether to proceed with the repair/replacement at a cost or through DJI Care Refresh.

3. When choosing the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays for the replacement and receives a different unit.

4. The replaced product is prioritized for delivery to the user with free shipping.

Exclusions from DJI Care Refresh

1) Lost or partially lost equipment.

2) Stolen or abandoned products.

3) Additional accessories.

4) Deliberate loss of the product.

5) Outer casing damage that does not affect the product's operation.

6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.

7) Defects that occur outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.

8) Additional charges related to model enhancement or performance improvement.

9) Defects resulting from modifications not in accordance with user manual recommendations or the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.

10) Defects arising from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.

Possibility of Coverage Extension*

Users also have the option to extend the coverage for up to 3 years. To do so, simply purchase an additional annual plan.

• If you have a one-year DJI Care Refresh plan, you can extend the coverage twice by purchasing 2 additional annual plans: one-year plan + one-year plan + one-year plan.


• If you have a 2-year plan, you can extend the coverage only once by purchasing one additional annual plan: 2-year plan + one-year plan.

Note: It's not possible to extend the coverage by purchasing an additional 2-year plan.

Specific conditions must be met for the coverage extension:

• Purchase of DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following variants: DJI Care Refresh one-year plan / DJI Care Refresh 2-year plan / DJI Care Refresh one-year plan and DJI Care Refresh + / DJI Care Refresh one-year plan and additional one-year plan (renewal).


• The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not expired or expired within 15 days.

DJI Care Refresh to ochrona serwisowa Twojego urządzenia, która zapewni Ci, za niewielką dodatkową opłatą, dwie wymiany uszkodzonego sprzętu w ciągu roku. Obejmuje uszkodzenia powstałe między innymi w wyniku kolizji lub kontaktu produktu z wodą. Uszkodzony sprzęt zostanie wówczas wymieniony na nowy lub równoważny nowemu. DJI Care Refresh można aktywować jednorazowo do 30 dni od aktywacji (pierwszego uruchomienia) urządzenia. Istnieje również możliwość przedłużenia ochrony – wystarczy wykupić dodatkowy roczny plan (maksymalnie dwa razy – łącznie zyskujesz nawet 3 lata). Co więcej, w okresie ważności usługi obowiązuje oficjalna gwarancja producenta.

Dla urządzeń z serii DJI Osmo Pocket koszt pierwszej wymiany w ramach DJI Care Refresh wynosi 149 PLN, a drugiej - 199 PLN*

*W przypadku zgłoszenia bezpośrednio u producenta, kwota wymiany może ulec zmianie w zależności od aktualnego kursu walut.

Jak aktywować DJI Care Refresh

1. Kod należy aktywować pod adresem: https://support.dji.com/care/active.

2. W trakcie procesu aktywacji należy podać kod Care Refresh, numer seryjny urządzenia (znajduje się on bezpośrednio na produkcie) oraz dane osoby aktywującej Pakiet (imię i nazwisko, adres e-mail).

3. Usługa DJI Care Refresh zostanie aktywowana i automatycznie przypisana do odpowiedniego regionu. Potwierdzenie aktywacji DJI Care Refresh otrzymasz drogą mailową. Twój sprzęt jest już bezpieczny! 

Gdy zdarzy się wypadek

1. Użytkownik zgłasza usterkę i wysyła sprzęt do niemieckiego serwisu DJI z adnotacją, że ma wykupioną usługę DJI Care Refresh.

2. Użytkownik dostaje wycenę naprawy i na tej podstawie decyduje, czy chce dokonać naprawy/wymiany odpłatnie, czy przez DJI Care Refresh.

3. Po wybraniu opcji DJI Care Refresh użytkownik uiszcza opłatę za wymianę i otrzymuje inny egzemplarz.

4. Wymieniony produkt zostaje priorytetowo dostarczony do użytkownika z darmową wysyłką.

DJI Care Refresh nie obejmuje

1) Zaginionego bądź częściowo zaginionego sprzętu.

2) Skradzionego lub porzuconego produktu.

3) Dodatkowych akcesoriów.

4) Celowej utraty produktu.

5) Uszkodzeń obudowy, które nie wpływają na działanie produktu.

6) Bezpośrednich lub niebezpośrednich uszkodzeń spowodowanych działaniem sił wyższych.

7) Usterek powstałych poza okresem ważności DJI Care Refresh.

8) Dodatkowych opłat związanych z ulepszaniem modelu, poprawianiem jego osiągów.

9) Usterek wynikających z przeprowadzania modyfikacji, które nie są zgodne z zaleceniami znajdującymi się w podręczniku użytkownika bądź z używania niekompatybilnych akumulatorów i ładowarki.

10) Usterek wynikających z korzystania z nieautoryzowanych akcesoriów, akumulatorów bądź oprogramowania.

Możliwość przedłużenia ochrony*

Użytkownicy mają także możliwość przedłużenia ochrony do maksymalnie 3 lat. Aby to zrobić, wystarczy wykupić dodatkowy roczny plan.

• Jeśli masz plan roczny DJI Care Refresh, możesz przedłużyć ochronę 2 razy, dokupując 2 kolejne plany roczne: plan roczny + plan roczny + plan roczny.


• Jeśli masz plan 2-letni, możesz przedłużyć ochronę tylko raz, dokupując jeden plan roczny: plan 2-letni + plan roczny.

Uwaga: nie jest możliwe przedłużenie ochrony poprzez wykupienie dodatkowego planu 2-letniego.

Aby przedłużenie ochrony było możliwe, spełnione muszą być określone warunki:

• Zakup usługi DJI Care Refresh w jednym z następujących wariantów: plan roczny DJI Care Refresh / plan 2-letni DJI Care Refresh / plan roczny DJI Care Refresh i DJI Care Refresh + / plan roczny DJI Care Refresh oraz dodatkowy plan roczny (odnowienie).


• Okres ważności zakupionej usługi DJI Care Refresh jeszcze nie upłynął lub upłynął w ciągu 15 dni.

The price of delivery to post offices is EUR 3.99.
If ordered before 14:00, we ship the goods on the same day (only on working days). The goods will be delivered to Lithuanian post offices within 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch.

HOME OR WORKPLACE DELIVERY BY COURIER

Delivery price - 4.99 EUR

The order will be picked up by a courier and delivered directly to your home or workplace. It usually takes 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch.

DELIVERY TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Delivery price - 6.99 EUR.

The order is dispatched within 2 working days. The delivery time varies depending on the country to which the package is going. In many cases, the delivery time is only 2-3 days longer than in Lithuania.

PS The price of delivery may increase if the goods are very large or their weight exceeds the standards indicated on the pages of the delivery services. In such cases, we contact and discuss the situation ourselves, you do not need to do anything additional.
