Continuous use for longer

The DJI Care Refresh+ service is a twelve-month extension of the basic insurance offered by DJI for its products. During this service, you can replace damaged equipment for a small fee. Before buying DJI Care Refresh+, make sure you have DJI Care Refresh for your device.

Damage coverage

The insurance covers damage caused by operator error, contact with water, fall, or signal interference during use.

When an accident occurs

1. The User shall report the defect and send the product to DJI with a note that he has DJI Care Refresh+.

2. The User receives a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to make a repair/replacement for a fee or by DJI Care Refresh+.

3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh+, the user pays a fee.

4. The replaced or repaired product is delivered to you as a priority. Transportation costs are covered by DJI.

Caution

1. Before buying DJI Care Refresh+, make sure that DJI Care Refresh for your device is still active and there is at least one replacement.

2. Once you have purchased and assigned DJI Care Refresh+ to your device, a service agreement will be sent to you by e-mail. DJI Care Refresh+ will be linked to your device and will be valid within 24 hours. 

3. The exchanges service provided by DJI Care Refresh+ is valid for one year and will not start until DJI Care Refresh expires. The warranty period for the product shall be extended immediately upon receipt of the DJI Care Refresh+ service agreement.

4. DJI Care Refresh+ and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region since the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh+ only apply in the region where it was purchased.

5. When you hand over your equipment to DJI Care Refresh+. The replacement unit will be new or equivalent to the new one in terms of appearance and performance.

Restrictions

DJI Care Refresh+ does not include:

1. Lost or partly lost product.

2. Theft or abandonment of the product.

3. Damage caused by using the product in inappropriate weather conditions.

4. Transmitter, accessories.

5. Intentional loss of product.

6. Damage to the housing that does not affect the performance of the product.

7. Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.

8. Defects that occur outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh+.

9. Additional fees associated with improving the model, improving its performance.

10. Defects resulting from modifications that do not comply with the instructions in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.

11. Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.

Podczas jej obowiązywania można dokonać, za niewielką opłatą, jednej wymiany uszkodzonego sprzętu. Przed zakupem DJI Care Refresh+, upewnij się, że posiadasz DJI Care Refresh dla Twojego urządzenia.

Pokrycie szkód

Ubezpieczeniem objęte są szkody spowodowane błędem operatora, kontaktem z wodą, upadkiem czy zakłóceniem sygnału w czasie użytkowania.

Gdy zdarzy się wypadek

• Użytkownik zgłasza usterkę i wysyła produkt do serwisu DJI z adnotacją, że posiada DJI Care Refresh+.


• Użytkownik otrzymuje wycenę naprawy i na tej podstawie decyduje, czy chce dokonać naprawy/wymiany odpłatnie bądź przez DJI Care Refresh+.


• Po wybraniu opcji DJI Care Refresh+ użytkownik uiszcza opłatę.


• Wymieniony bądź naprawiony produkt zostaje priorytetowo dostarczony do użytkownika. Koszty transportu pokrywa DJI.

Uwaga

• Przed zakupem DJI Care Refresh+, upewnij się, że DJI Care Refresh dla Twojego urządzenia jest nadal aktywne i została co najmniej jedna wymiana.


• Po zakupie i przypisaniu DJI Care Refresh+, do swojego urządzenia, umowa o świadczeniu usług zostanie wysłana do Ciebie na e-mail. DJI Care Refresh+ zostanie powiązane z Twoim urządzeniem i zacznie obowiązywać w ciągu 24 godzin.


• Usługa wymiany świadczona przez DJI Care Refresh+ jest ważna przez rok i nie rozpocznie się, dopóki nie wygaśnie DJI Care Refresh. Okres gwarancji na produkt zostaje natychmiast przedłużony po otrzymaniu umowy serwisowej DJI Care Refresh+.


• DJI Care Refresh+ i odpowiadający mu produkt należy zakupić w tym samym kraju lub regionie, ponieważ korzyści zapewniane przez DJI Care Refresh+ obowiązują tylko w regionie, w którym został zakupiony.

Zastrzeżenia

DJI Care Refresh+ nie obejmuje:

• Zgubionego bądź częściowo produktu.


• Kradzieży lub porzucenia produktu.


• Uszkodzeń spowodowanych użytkowaniem produktu w niewłaściwych warunkach atmosferycznych.


• Nadajnika, akcesoriów dodatkowych.


• Umyślnej utraty produktu.


• Uszkodzeń obudowy, które nie wpływają na działanie produktu.


• Bezpośrednich lub niebezpośrednich uszkodzeń spowodowanych działaniem sił wyższych.


• Usterek powstałych poza okresem ważności DJI Care Refresh+.


• Dodatkowych opłat związanych z ulepszaniem modelu, poprawianiem jego osiągów.


• Usterek wynikających z przeprowadzania modyfikacji, które nie są zgodne z zaleceniami znajdującymi się w podręczniku użytkownika bądź z używania niekompatybilnych akumulatorów i ładowarki.


• Usterek wynikających z korzystania z nieautoryzowanych akcesoriów, akumulatorów bądź oprogramowania.

The price of delivery to post offices is EUR 3.99.
If ordered before 14:00, we ship the goods on the same day (only on working days). The goods will be delivered to Lithuanian post offices within 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch.

HOME OR WORKPLACE DELIVERY BY COURIER

Delivery price - 4.99 EUR

The order will be picked up by a courier and delivered directly to your home or workplace. It usually takes 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch.

DELIVERY TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Delivery price - 6.99 EUR.

The order is dispatched within 2 working days. The delivery time varies depending on the country to which the package is going. In many cases, the delivery time is only 2-3 days longer than in Lithuania.

PS The price of delivery may increase if the goods are very large or their weight exceeds the standards indicated on the pages of the delivery services. In such cases, we contact and discuss the situation ourselves, you do not need to do anything additional.
