The MERACH MR-2397 is a compact trainer that effectively strengthens the inner and outer thigh muscles, pelvic floor muscles, and abdominal muscles. With 7.3 kg of resistance and 360° rotation adjustment, the device allows you to perform a variety of exercises and customize the settings to your preferences. The built-in LCD display tracks workout time, number of repetitions, and estimated calories burned, making it easy to monitor your progress.
