The MERACH MR-2465 is a training platform that allows you to engage your arms, waist, abs, legs, glutes, and core muscles during a single workout. The design, featuring two pedals and integrated resistance cables, enables you to perform a variety of exercises at home without the need for multiple pieces of equipment. The device supports a weight capacity of up to 136 kg, weighs 3.7 kg, and measures 40 x 34.5 x 13 cm, so it doesn’t take up much space and is easy to store. An additional advantage is its quiet operation at around 40 dB, allowing you to exercise at any time of day.
