With the QRing app, you gain access to advanced health monitoring features. The sleep monitoring function analyzes sleep phases and length, allowing you to identify bad habits and improve sleep quality. In addition, the Colmi R06 measures blood saturation, blood pressure and stress levels, providing a complete picture of the user's health.
