Usage:
Step 1. Formation of graves. Hold the toothpick by the holder on it and dip it in 80 degree water for 2-3 seconds until the shape becomes flexible. Do not submerge the holder in water and be careful not to burn your fingers with hot water. Shake the mold to remove any remaining water, then carefully and quickly place the cup in your mouth, on top or bottom teeth (the warm mold will not burn your mouth). Use your fingers and tongue to shape the cup until it fits over your teeth. Close your mouth and try to get the air out of the grave, thus making it more shaped. Hold the cup in your mouth for 30 seconds.
If you are not satisfied with the shape of the grave, repeat the process all over again.
When you're happy with the shape of the kappa, rinse it under cold water and use scissors to cut off the rest of the retainer. Important: To maintain the shape of the graves, store them at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
Step 2. Brush your teeth. Brush your teeth gently without using toothpaste before each time you whiten your teeth.

Alternative application of the product using the fingers. Wash your hands and, using the tip of your finger, take a drop of the product and use it to spread the product on the teeth you want to whiten. Then put on the bleaching cap. It is possible to whiten lower and upper teeth at the same time.
Step 4. Leave the product on for 15 minutes.
Step 5. Remove the grave after 15 minutes.
Step 6. Clean your teeth using a toothbrush, but not toothpaste.
Step 7. Use the teeth whitening product for 10 days or until desired results are achieved.
