The mechanical pre-filter is designed to clean the air of all major solid contaminants such as dust, hair or animal fur. The use of an activated carbon filter is designed to neutralize unpleasant odors and volatile organic compounds. As a third cold catalysis filter is a modern filter that removes carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, benzene, formaldehyde and other harmful volatile organic compounds from the air. As the name suggests, the anti-bacterial filter is supposed to remove bacteria, viruses and molds and prevent them from developing in the device itself.
A HEPA filter was used in the last stage of filtration. Its task is to retain the smallest particles of pollution, as well as all unpleasant and harmful odors and volatile compounds. An ionizer is another element of a comprehensive air purification system. In the SAP81 model, the ionization efficiency is very high - 20 × 106 ions per second. Thanks to this solution, the device almost completely eliminates the negative effects of positive ions emitted by electrical devices. Positive ions, which attract bacteria and viruses, as well as fungi, mold and other allergens, lose their properties due to ionization. Air saturated with negative ions causes all microorganisms to fall to the ground and thus do not reach the lungs of household members. The last stage of cleaning is the use of a UV lamp, which light damages the cell nuclei of microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, fungi). It has a support function, ultimately sterilizing the airflow that passes through the device.
The SAP81 air purifier is designed for use up to an area of 50 m2. The reason for this is the high CADR efficiency index (Clean Air Delivery Rate), thanks to which it can supply up to 350 m3 of purified air per hour.
The electronic control system with a touch screen, in which the SAP81 model is installed, allows easy and intuitive control of the cleaning process. The air quality indicator shows the current concentration of PM2.5 in the room (μg/m3). Green color means that the concentration is below 60, orange color - below 150, red color - above 150. When the "Smart" mode is activated, the device regulates its work according to the level of pollution determined by the air quality indicator. The cleaning rate varies depending on the increase in the concentration of suspended PM2.5 particles. When it does not exceed 60, the device operates at base speed (500 rpm). It increases only after exceeding the limit values - 60 and 150. In such cases, the speed of air cleaning increases to average (700 rpm), and then to high (900 rpm), respectively.
An important feature of SAP81 is the timer function. As a result, you can determine how long the device will work. It can be at least 30 minutes, no more than 12 hours. After this time, the wiper will turn off. The child lock function means that the buttons do not respond to pressure and the device will work in the previously selected mode. When the child lock is on, the corresponding icon will be highlighted on the control panel. The noise generated by the device is also a very important factor. The SAP81 model can be proud of its low noise performance, depending on the cleaning speed, from 29 to 50 dB. The included remote control has the same buttons as the device's control panel. For this reason, the control of the device is simple and intuitive. The remote control is powered by the batteries included in the kit.
