Usage: Pour the contents of 1 (one) sachet (5.0 g) into 100 - 200 ml of water (cold or warm, but not boiling) or juice, mix well and drink immediately. It is recommended to take 15 - 20 min. before eating. For adults and children 12 years and older, use the contents of 1 sachet 2 times a day (10 g).

NOTE: not suitable for children under 3 years. For older children (up to 12 years), breastfeeding, pregnant women and/or allergic persons, it is necessary to consult a health care specialist before use.
