Green clay originates from the South of France and is named after one of the regions where it was found. The history of clay begins in silico-aluminum rocks, from where it is mined and naturally dried in the sun. It is a very rich mineral clay. It contains about 20 different elements: silicon, magnesium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, selenium, molybdenum, zinc and others, which are important for the healthy activity of skin enzymes.

The cosmetic benefits of green clay are characterized by the fact that:

Face and body masks
Mix 3 tea. teaspoons of clay and 3 tea. teaspoons of water until you get a fairly thick paste. Apply to the skin and leave for 10-15 minutes. Do not allow to dry completely. Then rinse with warm water.

You can use herbal tea or hydrolats instead of water. You can add cucumber juice, honey or lemon juice to the mask. Such a mask is especially useful for oily and acne-prone skin.

You can enrich the mask with 4-7 drops of basic or 1-2 drops of essential oil. It is useful to mix green clay with rosehip or argan oil for mature skin, and black cumin or kiwi seed oil for oily and acne-prone skin.

Anti-cellulite procedure
3-4 tea. mix teaspoons of clay with water and apply to problem areas, wrap with foil and a towel. Leave the mask on the body for about 40 minutes.

Bathrooms
Pour half a cup of clay into a bath of warm water. Immerse your body in the bath for about 20 minutes. When finished, wash the clay off the body with running water.

Hair mask
