Almond oil is extracted by cold pressing from the sweet almond seeds Prunus amygdalus dulcis.
A light valuable oil. It contains vitamin E, which is a natural antioxidant that slows down cell aging and soothes inflammatory processes in the skin, as well as vitamin F, which normalizes the function of sebaceous glands, stops the expansion of pores, promotes hair growth, maintains its elasticity and shine.

You can use pure almond oil for body and face skin, hands, and hair care. It can be added to creams, masks, shampoos, gels, lotions to enhance their effect. Almond oil is used and mixed with other vegetable oils, as well as the base oil (main ingredient) of natural essential oils, some medicinal or cosmetic preparations.
Replenishment of cosmetic products
Almond oil can be added to liquid creams, shampoos, lotions, gels, tanning creams in the following ratio: for dry skin and dry hair - 7 ml of almond oil per 100 ml of cosmetic product; for normal skin and normal hair - 5 ml; for oily hair - 3 ml, for beach cosmetics - 15 - 20 ml per 100 ml of the product.
Massage
For dry skin face and neck massage in 1 tbsp. a tablespoon of pure almond oil or its mixture with jojoba, avocado, wheat germ oil (ratio 1:1) can be added with 1-2 drops of rose and sandalwood essential oils; oily skin - 1-2 drops of scented kangan, grapefruit and bergamot essential oils. Almond oil is suitable for mixing in equal parts with jojoba oil and after warming it up to 37-38 °C immediately massaging the face and neck. Smoothes wrinkles and tones the skin.
Almond oil together with orange, tangerine, patchouli, fennel, rosemary, juniper, sandalwood, grapefruit essential oils (1-2 drops of essential oils in 1 tablespoon of almond oil) is an excellent means of deep anti-cellulite massage.
Masks and compresses
Almond oil can be used in toning masks for all skin types. The basis of the mask is oatmeal puree (mix 2-3 tablespoons of oatmeal in hot water until the consistency of sour cream), to which add 5-10 ml of almond oil and 2-3 drops of lemon, rose and sandalwood essential oils or 1- 2 drops of sandalwood, orange, patchouli and rose essential oils.
Hot mask
Put 20 - 25 ml of almond oil on a cotton napkin soaked in hot water and pressed, apply it on the face and neck, cover with a towel, keep for 20 - 30 minutes. In order to maintain elastic and supple skin, it is recommended to perform such procedures 1-2 times a month. Such masks are especially suitable for protecting aging skin from the negative effects of environmental factors.
For loose and flaky skin
in 1 tbsp. add 1 drop each of rose and sandalwood essential oils to a spoonful of almond oil.
For calloused skin
in 1 tbsp. add 1 drop of cypress, lavender, rose, lemon or lime essential oils to a spoonful of almond oil.
In case of burns
the damaged area of the skin can be applied with pure almond oil or its mixture (ratio 1:1) with wheat germ oil, or add 2-3 drops of essential oils of myrtle, lemon, juniper or rosehip, grapefruit, rose to 1 tablespoon of base oil.
Hair care
Pure almond oil is used for the care of oily hair: before washing the head, rub a few drops of oil starting from the roots to the ends of the hair. Dry hair is applied after washing: apply to clean, warm, damp hair in the same way as for oily hair. In order to achieve a greater effect, essential oils can be added to pure almond oil or its mixture with jojoba oil.
For oily hair
in 1 tbsp. spoon of base oil - 2 drops each of cedar or cypress essential oil or bergamot or lemon essential oil.
For dry hair
in 1 tbsp. spoon of base oil - 2 drops each of orange and fragrant canang essential oils. These mixtures can be applied to the comb and used to comb the hair 2-3 times a day.
