Usage

For children from 2 to 6 years ¼ packet, from 6 to 12 years 1/3 packet, for adults ½ packet a day before or after meals.
In case of higher calcium needs, adults can take 1 packet per day.

Pour the powder into a glass, pour 150-300ml of room temperature water, milk or juice, mix well and drink. You can adjust the taste with sugar, honey, adding more water, milk or juice, etc.
Use with caution if there is hypersensitivity (allergy) to the component.
