Mix the powder of 1 packet in 500 ml of drinking water and sip the resulting solution during training (physical exertion) and/or after training (physical exertion). Use with caution if there is hypersensitivity (allergy) to the components, crustaceans for products.
For adults and children from 12 years of age, use 1 packet per day. To maintain endurance and improve water absorption during long-term endurance exercises, consume 2 packets per day, dissolved in 500 ml of drinking water.
