Ingredients include the natural sweeteners erythritol (naturally found in pears, watermelons, grapes, etc.) and stevia leaf extract.

Stevia

Steviol glycoside, derived from the stevia plant, is the world's most popular healthy zero-calorie sugar substitute. Stevia is native to South America, where it has been used to sweeten food for over 1,500 years. Stevia leaf extract is 300 times sweeter than regular table sugar, so it cannot be used undiluted at home. However, in combination with erythritol, it is perfectly suitable for consumption.

Erythritol

Erythritol occurs naturally in pears, watermelons and grapes, and its crystals are very similar to regular sugar. It is not as sweet as sugar, which is why it works so well with the natural stevia leaf extract. Erythritol also has no calories and does not raise blood sugar, making it ideal for diabetics.

HOW TO USE: ICONFIT Stevia-based sweetener can be used in the same way as regular sugar: add it to coffee or tea, or use it in cooking or baking to sweeten meals without added calories. Make sugar-free whipped cream by replacing regular sugar with our sweetener. Not suitable for caramelization.
