Usage

For the cooling mask:

1. Place the Eye Mask-Sleep Goggles in the freezer or refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the desired temperature is reached.

2. Take it out and immediately place it on the face with the fabric surface. Cover with a PVC surface if the mask has warmed up. Make sure the temperature is right before putting it on your face.

For the heating mask:

1. Microwave for 10 seconds, making sure the mask is evenly distributed.

2. After removing, check that the temperature is correct. If not hot enough, microwave for an additional 5 seconds or until desired temperature is reached. Before reheating, make sure the edges of the mask are not too hot. In this case, equalize the temperature by pressing the mask, then turn it 180° and reheat.
