Intensive procedures: Wash hair with Active shampoo. Apply the Fortifying Mask , wrap it in a damp, hot towel and leave it on for 5 minutes. Rinse with water. Rub Shock into the scalp concentrate and perform a blood circulation activating massage. Do not rinse.
Circulation massage: Start the massage from the back of the neck with light circular clicks (using a weak stretch), going up to the top of the head and going down again.

AT HOME
Wash your hair with Active shampoo. Apply Fortifying Mask (2 times a week) and leave for 5 minutes. Wash with water. Massage Shock into the scalp concentrate (3 ampoules per week). Do not rinse.
Supportive care: Wash your hair. Apply the mask once a week and keep for 5 minutes. Wash with water. Rub the scalp with Lotion every time after washing. Do not rinse.
