Ingredients : 100% pure pine essential oil.
INCI : pinus sylvestris oil.

Pine essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the fresh needles of Scots pine Pinus sylvestris.

Country of origin : United Kingdom.
Certificate : organic.
Smell : fresh, thorny, balsamic.
Contraindications : individual intolerance to pine, neuritis. Use with caution in pregnant women, with signs of epilepsy, with diseases of the circulatory system. Before using essential oils, it is necessary to check whether the oil inhaled or applied to the skin will not cause an individual allergic reaction!

Pine essential oil has antiseptic, bactericidal, disinfecting properties. This oil is recommended for aromatizing and purifying indoor air. The oil facilitates breathing, so it is used as an auxiliary tool for the prevention of respiratory tract.

Pine oil balances and nourishes the skin, prevents skin aging, gives it firmness, smoothes wrinkles, and removes puffiness under the eyes. It has a warming effect and activates blood circulation, so it helps relieve joint and muscle pain.

Pure pine essential oil or mixed in equal parts with essential oils of neroli, lime, year, sage is used for the care of problematic skin and weak hair, mixed with lavender and lemon essential oils - for acute upper respiratory tract infections and disorders of the musculoskeletal system. These mixtures are used to supplement cosmetic products, massage, baths, saunas, inhalations, and room aromatization.

Replenishment of cosmetic products :
Mix 4 - 5 drops of pine oil or a mixture of oils with 10 - 15 g of cream, lotion, tonic, cleanser, shampoo.

Massage :
Mix 5-7 drops of pine essential oil or one of the oil blends with 1-2 tbsp. spoons of any vegetable oil (jojoba, almond, grape seed, etc.) or cream of your choice.

Bathrooms :
4 - 5 drops of pine oil or one oil mixture, previously mixed with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk, honey, sea or table salt, add to a bath filled with water at a temperature of 37-38 °C. The duration of the procedure is 10 - 20 minutes.

Sauna :
Add 5-10 drops of pine oil or a mixture of oils to a container with a small amount of hot water and place it on the top bench.

Room aromatization :
Add 4-5 drops of pine essential oil or a mixture of oils to an aromatic lamp filled with water and light the candle in the lamp. The aroma will spread in the room. If you don't have an aroma lamp, you can put the essential oil on a napkin or add it to a cup of hot water and place it on a radiator.
