Main ingredients:

Glow recipe
Step 1: use Trumu Therapy exfoliating cream 1-2 times a week . Squeeze a little scrub into the palm of your hand, apply to wet or dry skin. Massage for at least 30 seconds but no longer than 2 minutes to gently exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin cells and impurities. Wash off the scrub with warm water and pat your skin with a towel to remove any residue.
Step 2: use Trumu Therapy Cleansing Foam after exfoliation to revitalize and nourish the skin, or simply use on non-exfoliating days. Squeeze the cleansing cream foam into the palm of your hand, apply to wet or dry skin. Massage for 30 seconds or longer to effectively remove makeup, oils or impurities. Wipe off the cleansing cream with a cotton cloth to remove make-up, or rinse with warm water, thoroughly cleansing the skin.
For maximum glow: use Trumu Cleansing Cream 1-2 times a week or as a moisturizing mask if necessary, while moisturizing and nourishing the skin to prevent it from being dry, flaky and pale. Apply a generous layer of cleansing cream foam to your face and wait 15-20 minutes, then remove. For glowing skin, wipe with a soft cloth and cool water to tighten pores and "lock" moisture into the skin.
