Leiskite keptuvei lėtai įkaisti ant nedidelės ugnies. Įpilkite aliejaus arba sviesto tik tada, kai keptuvė gerai įkais. Ištirpinkite sviestą, kol jis nustos putoti arba kol aliejus sušils. Leiskite ingridientams, kurie prilipo prie dugno, švelniai kepti, nesistengdami jų atlipinti. Jei reikia, šiek tiek sumažinkite ugnies kaitrumą ir ramiai palaukite, kol maistas atlips nuo dugno pats.
