Japanese chef's knife Kasumi HM Tsuchime with a three-layer (san mai) forged blade (Tsuchime).

Ultra-strong steel VG-10 is used as the base of the blade. This knife has a three-layer structure that holds the core material with corrosion-resistant stainless steel on both sides.
