Usage:
When using WELLA Illumina Color hair dye, be sure to follow the instructions inside the package. Wear protective gloves. Dilute WELLA Illumina Color hair dye and oxidative emulsion in a 1:1 ratio. It is recommended to mix with Welloxon Perfect cream oxidizer
