This pan can withstand high temperatures and heats up quickly, so you don't need much fat when cooking. The pan is sturdy and perfect for any heat source. It is not a problem for the pan to cook food on an induction hob or in the oven (up to 250℃).Using the pan: To prevent food from sticking to the bottom, it is important to follow these instructions: Before cooking, take the ingredients out of the refrigerator so that they warm up to room temperature. Place the pan on the heat source. Allow the pan to heat slowly over low heat. Add oil or butter only when the pan is hot. Melt the butter until it stops foaming or until the oil is warm. Let the ingredients that stick to the bottom cook gently without trying to loosen them.
