Using the pan: To prevent food from sticking to the bottom, it is important to follow these instructions: Before cooking, take the ingredients out of the refrigerator to bring them to room temperature. Place the pan on the heat source. Allow the pan to heat slowly over low heat. Add oil or butter only when the pan is hot. Melt the butter until it stops foaming or until the oil is warm. Let the ingredients that stick to the bottom cook gently without trying to loosen them. If necessary, reduce the heat of the fire a little and calmly wait until the food comes off the bottom by itself.
