The kettle provides an extraordinary taste due to the unique working principle of the percolator. The heated water rises through a small tube at the top of the tube to reach the round coffee/tea filter. This is how the water circulates, absorbing the best qualities of the coffee/tea as if passing through a sieve. The longer the water circulates, the stronger the tea or coffee becomes.
