ASA – akrilnitrilo, stireno ir akrilato plastikas, pasižymintis atsparumu atmosferos poveikiui ir ultravioletiniams spinduliams. Jis padeda ilgiau išlaikyti spalvą bei patvarumą lauke, todėl tinka sodo reikmenims, techninėms detalėms ir dekoracijoms.

Atsparumas aukštesnei temperatūrai

ASA pasižymi didesniu atsparumu karščiui nei įprasta PLA ar PETG. Gamintojo nurodomas atsparumas temperatūrai artimas 100 °C, tačiau realus detalės stabilumas priklauso nuo apkrovos ir spausdinimo sąlygų. Atsparumu smūgiams, standumu ir patvarumu ASA panaši į ABS, todėl tinka funkciniams projektams.

Tolygus medžiagos tiekimas

Gija tiksliai suvyniojama, o ±0,02 mm skersmens tolerancija padeda tolygiai tiekti medžiagą ir mažina strigimo riziką. Perdirbto kartono ritė vakuumuojama su drėgmės sugėrikliu, kad gija nesugertų drėgmės laikant. Medžiaga suderinama su dauguma FDM 3D spausdintuvų, klojančių lydytą plastiką sluoksniais.
