The design uses the Magnetic Quick Connect system, allowing for instant connection of accessories, and the sturdy aluminum housing provides effective protection during intensive use. The cage also offers 1/4"-20 mounting threads with ALAI positioning holes and a cold shoe mount, so you can easily connect a microphone, lamp, or tripod. An additional advantage is the ergonomic handle with a non-slip surface, which stabilizes shots and increases comfort during longer recording sessions.
