The integrated servo motor automatically opens and closes the lid of the device by simply touching the contact strip.
When the cover is moved, the message "OPEN" or "CLOSE" appears on the LCD screen.
Ideal for vacuum pickling
Vacuum containers are perfect for marinating because the pores of the food can open up in the vacuum and the marinade can penetrate better.
This function automatically removes and drains the vacuum container in cycles of 30 minutes. The pickling process is significantly accelerated.
A suitable vacuum vessel is required for this function.
Extra secure seal
Vacuum packaging will extend the shelf life of the food product in most cases by removing most of the air from the sealed bags and containers and sealing out air or microbes in an airtight manner. This reduces atmospheric oxygen oxidation and protects oxygen-sensitive components. Flavors cannot come out of food. In addition, the growth of many microbes is inhibited by the lack of oxygen.
Extra strong welding is a particularly reliable seal. Spillage of sauces or similar substances is avoided.
