Traditional Gaggia heater
The even temperature during coffee preparation ensures excellent espresso quality. The 15 bar pressure pump pushes hot water through the ground coffee at high pressure to prepare an even more delicious coffee, topped with a thick crema.

Solenoid valve
A three-way solenoid valve relieves the pressure in the filter holder immediately after the coffee has been dispensed.
The water from the filter holder is quickly emptied through the open valve and flows into the drip tray. The coffee grounds remain relatively dry, making the coffee grounds container easy to clean.

3 filters for ground coffee and ground coffee briquettes - pads
The Gaggia Classic Evo Blue coffee machine has 3 filters. The Crema Perfetta filter, designed for 1-2 cups of coffee, helps you prepare a perfect espresso coffee from the first use. The other two traditional filters allow you to prepare coffee like a professional.

Cup holder
