Traditional Gaggia heater

Solenoid valve
A three-stage solenoid valve relieves the pressure in the filter holder immediately after the coffee is dispensed.
Water from the filter holder is quickly drained through the open valve and into the drip tray. The coffee grounds remains relatively dry, making the coffee grounds container easy to clean.
