Ingredients : 100% pure lemon essential oil.

Lemon essential oil is extracted by cold pressing method from Citrus limonum fruits.

Country of origin : Italy.

Contraindications : individual intolerance to the smell of citrus. Epilepsy patients, pregnant women should be as careful as possible. May cause allergic reactions or simply increase skin sensitivity. Increases skin sensitivity to UV rays. Do not be in the sun for several hours after a massage with this oil. Before using essential oils, it is necessary to check whether the inhaled or applied oil will not cause an individual allergic reaction!
Storage conditions : keep tightly closed in a cool place, protect from direct sunlight.

Lemon fruits, like oranges, became known in Europe thanks to the expedition of Alexander the Great to India (326-325 BC). Lemon essential oil has been known since the middle of the 16th century, previously it was produced by steam distillation. The essential oil obtained by cold pressing method is of higher quality and has a better smell.

Lemon essential oil has a broad profile of action. Since ancient times, it has been valued for its antiseptic properties, relieves colds and coughs. Lemon oil strengthens immunity, effectively affects skin lesions such as herpes.

It is useful to brush your teeth with a toothpaste enriched with lemon oil. It reduces gum bleeding, whitens tooth enamel, protects against caries, freshens breath.

Apply pure lemon essential oil or this oil, diluted (1:1) with vegetable oil, or together with essential oils of grass, marjoram and tea tree (1:1:1) to warts and cracked skin areas, brittle nails. In equal proportions, lemon essential oil goes well with lavender, orange blossom, and eucalyptus essential oils (to be used in case of problematic skin and hair, as a regulator of hormonal status and emotional background) or mixed (1:1) with cypress, hornbeam, and bergamot oils. These mixtures are suitable for supplementing cosmetics, massages, baths, and aromatizing rooms.

Replenishment of cosmetics :
Mix 3-6 drops of lemon essential oil or any mixture of these oils with 10 g of base (cream, lotion, tonic, mask, shampoo, etc.).

Massage :
Mix 5-10 drops of lemon essential oil or any mixture of these oils with 1-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (almond, jojoba) or cream of your choice.

Bathrooms :
Add 5-8 drops of lemon essential oil or a mixture of these oils, pre-mixed with 1 tablespoon of milk, honey, sea or table salt, to a full bath of water. The duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes.

Room aromatization :
Add 4-5 drops of lemon essential oil or a mixture of this oil to the water in the aroma lamp and light the candle. The smell will spread in the room. If there is no lamp, you can moisten a napkin with oil or put it in a cup of hot water and place it on a working radiator. The duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.
