Coconut oil is extracted from the dried fruit pulp of the nutty coconut Cocos nucifera by cold pressing.
Before use, the bottle with the oil should be placed in a 30-40 °C "water bath" for a few minutes until the oil has a liquid consistency.

Massage
Coconut oil is used for direct massage of the face, neck, chest, as well as the whole body, especially suitable for dry skin after bathing. It is quickly absorbed and the skin becomes "velvet".
Body sunscreen oil
Thoroughly mix 1 tbsp. spoon of coconut oil, 1 tea. a teaspoon of walnut oil and 1 tsp. a teaspoon of sea buckthorn oil. Apply to the body before sunbathing.
Hand and nail oil
1 tbsp. spoon of coconut oil, 1 tea. teaspoon of chamomile oil, 5 drops of lemon essential oil, 5 drops of orange essential oil and 1 tbsp. spoon of glycerin. Massage your hands and nails regularly with the mixture.
Foot softening oil
Mix 1 tbsp. spoon of coconut oil, 4 drops of tea tree essential oil, 2 drops of lemon balm essential oil and 2 drops of cypress essential oil. Apply the mixture to your feet every day.
Hair mask
Mix 1 tsp. a teaspoon of coconut oil, 1 tea. a teaspoon of castor oil, 3 drops of rosemary essential oil, 3 drops of thyme essential oil and 3 drops of frankincense essential oil. Rub the hair roots and after 20 min. wash out
