In the composition of cosmetics, it prevents the formation of stretch marks after a change in body weight or from excessive sports activity. An effective remedy for wrinkles and aging skin, using avocado oil as a base and as a preventive measure against stretch marks during pregnancy.
Usage :
✓ for skin and hair care – mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 15 g of base (e.g. base oil – almond, grape seed, etc.)
✓ for massage oil – mix 5-6 drops of essential oil with 10 g of base
✓ anti-wrinkle oil for mature skin - 7 drops of mandarin oil in 10 ml of avocado oil
✓ baths – mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1 tablespoon of milk, honey, sea or table salt, add to a bath full of water. The duration of the procedure is 10-15 minutes.
✓ it is possible to vaporize essential oils in a vaporizer or aromatic lamps.
Contraindications : do not use in case of individual intolerance. Do not use pure oil for skin care, do not apply to the skin before going out in the sun. Before using essential oils, it is necessary to check whether the inhaled or applied oil will not cause an individual allergic reaction!
