Palm oil is extracted from the pods of Elais guineensis fruits of Guinean olive trees by pressing method. It is yellow in color and has a solid consistency. The smell and taste are reminiscent of nuts.
Before use, the bottle with palm oil should be placed in a 40-50 °C "water bath" for a few minutes until the oil becomes liquid.

The chemical composition of palm oil is close to the composition of the lipid layer that covers the human skin, and therefore it is an ideal preparation for its care. Palm oil activates lipid metabolism in the skin, perfectly removes dryness and flaking, protects against water loss, accelerates wound healing, and protects against the harmful effects of UV rays. The oil is a natural "conditioner" of the skin, it softens it perfectly, the skin becomes smooth, healthy, young. It contains 40% monounsaturated fatty acids (mainly palmitic), carotenoids, triglycerides of oleic and other fatty acids (40%). Palm oil is sufficiently resistant to oxidation and has a long shelf life.

Massage
Put a few drops of oil on the fingertips and rub into the skin with massaging movements. When performing aroma massage, 1-2 drops of essential oils should be added to 1 tablespoon of palm oil (according to the purpose).
Enrichment of cosmetic products
Add 5-10 ml of palm oil to 10 g of cream, 10 ml of tonic or lotion. Improves the regeneration of the scalp and hair, helps restore the lipid barrier of the epidermis, protects against irritation, itching and flaking. It is recommended to use these tools for daily maintenance.
Masks, applications, smearing
Palm oil can be used pure or in combination with one of the vegetable oils in a ratio of 1:1, as well as in aromatic mixtures, taking 3-5 drops of essential oil for 1 tablespoon of fatty base. Apply oil-soaked napkins on problematic skin areas for 10-20 minutes 1-2 times a day or apply 3-4 times a day.
Hand and nail care
Apply pure oil or its mixture with any vegetable oil (ratio 1:1) to hands, nails and hoofs 1-2 times a day. Effective for removing redness and inflammation of the skin of the hands, treating brittle nails and cracks, protects the skin from premature aging. For preventive purposes, oil should be applied to washed hands and nails 3-4 times a day.
Hair care
Mix palm oil with hair balm in a ratio of 1:10, apply to hair, rub in with light movements and leave for 5-10 minutes, then rinse. An excellent nourishing product for dry and brittle hair. Gives a healthy shine.
