The history of GLOBAL knives

GLOBAL knives 1985 first created by industrial designer and visionary Komin Yamada. He was tasked with creating a range of innovative kitchen knives using the best materials available and the latest manufacturing techniques to ensure the new knives appeal to both professional chefs and gourmets at home.
