The Segway Navimow X450E EU is a robotic lawn mower designed for areas up to 5000 m², which uses the EFLS™ positioning system with Network RTK technology, a 360° camera, and VIO. It works without an external RTK antenna, maps the terrain independently, and maintains a stable position even in demanding conditions. The 4WD drive allows it to climb slopes of up to 40°, while the 43 cm cutting width and two 2 × 180 W cutting motors ensure high performance on large areas.
The EFLS™ system combines Network RTK, 360° Vision, and VIO technology, allowing the robot to move with high precision without the need to install a boundary wire. Stable positioning works well in open spaces as well as in narrow passages or under trees. The automatic mapping function and GeoSketch™ allow you to quickly create and edit mowing zones in the app. Support for up to 120 zones allows you to plan your work precisely, even in large gardens with multiple areas of use.
The four-wheel drive system with two independent steering motors ensures good traction on varied terrain. The X450E model can handle slopes up to 40° (84%) and overcome obstacles up to 7 cm high. Thanks to the traction control system, the robot works stably on grass, gravel, or curbs, reducing the risk of slipping and damaging the lawn.
Two 2 × 180 W cutting motors work in conjunction with a dual disc system equipped with 12 blades. The 43 cm cutting width reduces working time, which is particularly important for larger gardens. The cutting height can be adjusted from 2 to 9.5 cm with 0.5 cm increments and automatic adjustment. The floating mowing system helps to maintain the same grass height even on uneven surfaces. The X450E can mow up to 5000 m² in approximately 15 hours of operation per day, automatically returning to the docking station to recharge.
The X450E is equipped with a 15 Ah battery, which translates into longer operating time between charges. A full charge takes approximately 100 minutes. The robot controls its own energy level, returns to the station, recharges, and continues mowing from where it left off.
The VisionFence™ system with a 360° RGB camera and ToF sensor enables the detection and avoidance of over 200 types of obstacles. The robot identifies animals, toys, and garden elements and reacts in real time. This solution increases work safety and reduces the risk of collisions without the need for manual supervision of the device.
The X450E model supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and the Connect+ cellular module, which you can use free of charge for 2 years. Constant connectivity allows you to remotely view the location, control operation, and receive notifications. The robot offers GPS + Find My, an alarm for leaving a designated area, and multi-level anti-theft security. Even if the device is turned off, the system supports its location.
The IP66-rated housing protects the components from water and dust, and the design allows for pressure cleaning. The noise level is 68 dB(A), which allows it to operate without excessive disturbance to the environment. A built-in rain sensor and a function to adjust the schedule to the weather forecast ensure that the robot automatically returns to its base in case of rainfall.
