Sunlu TPU Silk gija

Sunlu TPU Silk sujungia TPU lankstumą ir šilkinį, šiek tiek blizgų paviršių. Medžiaga skirta lankstomoms, smūgius patiriančioms ir dekoratyvioms detalėms. Galutinį standumą galima keisti sienelių bei užpildo nustatymais. Tiesioginiam ekstruderiui rekomenduojama iki 50 mm/s su retrakcija arba iki 60 mm/s be jos, Bowden sistemai – 20–30 mm/s.

Lankstumo parinkimas

Minkštesniam modeliui rekomenduojama spausdinti be užpildo, 0,8–1,2 mm sienelėmis. Tvirtesnei konstrukcijai tinka 5–15 % užpildas ir bent 1,2 mm sienelės. Lėtesnis medžiagos vėsimas padeda sluoksniams sukibti. Didesniems modeliams greitį galima didinti rekomenduojamose ribose. Gija geriausiai tinka vidutinio aukščio modeliams su nedaug iškyšų.
