The device offers the ability to test injectors under various engine operating conditions. Simulation modes include, among others, acceleration, deceleration, and acceleration-deceleration tests, enabling a more comprehensive analysis. The simulated RPM range is from 100 to 9,900 rpm, making it possible to verify the operation of the fuel system under various engine load conditions.
Thanks to its dedicated ANJ400 motherboard, the system enables comprehensive and long-term testing of low-resistance fuel injectors, such as those with a resistance of 1Ω. The device also supports backflushing, which helps remove contaminants trapped inside the injector and on the filter.
The device utilizes microcomputer-based automatic control technology and a digital display that allows for real-time monitoring of operating parameters. The user can also adjust fuel pressure, pulse width, and engine simulation parameters.
