The GODOX SB-USW80120 Umbrella Softbox is a practical light modifier measuring 80 × 120 cm that effectively softens and evenly diffuses light from both flash units and continuous lighting. Compared to a classic photography umbrella, it offers significantly greater control over the direction and character of the light, making it easier to achieve professional results during portrait, product, or advertising shoots. The universal Bowens mount ensures broad compatibility with most strobes available on the market, allowing you to easily adapt the softbox to your setup.

Instant setup and durable construction

The GUSW series is designed for convenient use both in the studio and on location. The umbrella-style design allows you to set up and fold the softbox in just a few moments, and once the session is over, you can easily store it in the included carrying case. The cover, made of durable nylon, is resistant to mechanical damage while remaining lightweight and easy to transport. Springy steel rods keep the fabric properly taut, ensuring a stable shape and reliability during intensive use.

Even Lighting with Even Greater Precision

The silver reflective surface inside the softbox effectively distributes light, helping to achieve even lighting across the entire scene. In addition to the main diffuser, an extra internal diffuser made of white material with a high light diffusion coefficient is included, resulting in even softer and more natural lighting. The front features a flange that allows for mounting the included directional grid, which limits light spill to the sides and lets you precisely direct the light exactly where it’s needed.
