The device is equipped with interchangeable springs offering two resistance levels—0–400 N for beginners and 0–600 N for more advanced users. Thanks to the adjustable angle of the pads and the built-in LED display, you can tailor your workout to your needs and track your progress in real time. Resistance tailored to your training stage

One of the biggest challenges during exercise is selecting the right resistance. Too little resistance limits the effectiveness of the workout, while too much can make it difficult to maintain proper form. The MERACH MR-2522 uses a system of interchangeable springs that allows you to adjust the resistance level to your current ability. The set includes two springs with maximum resistance of 400 N and 600 N. The blue spring is designed for beginners, while the red spring is ideal for more demanding exercises. To change the spring, simply unscrew the knob, remove the mechanism, and install the selected resistance option.
